20 years ago, did things like this happen in Soulard? They almost certainly did and, likely, in greater frequency. However, it wasn't on film so the only way we'd hear about it was talking to neighbors. Now, an understandably scared/frustrated local resident captures it on a ring camera and, via social media, shares the video with traditional reporters. Now, whole news segment on local TV.
Real question - is anything illegal happening here? It's MO afterall. Could one of those guys argue he was protecting himself?
