mostly nonsense in that piece......to say Stan/NFL wont spend $400million for a stadium here is idiotic...every NFL stadium built in recent memory has had about 50% NFL/owner funding.....also no ground has been broken on the inglewood stadium....ground was broken last summer on that site for other projects.

Let me guess: St. Louis sucks and we shouldn't do anything except let the city die?

I can't read him anymore...Anyway, something really good is developing. Eric Grubman, on his San Diego and Oakland tours these past few days, keeps referencing that STL's financing is in place.

I realize he's saying this to try and get SD and OAK moving, but he wouldn't say it without knowing something, correct?

The link won't work on the computer I'm on right now, by Andy Banker reported via Twitter on Saturday that stadium construction management has been agreed upon:

HCKL, Hunt/Clayco Construction

Another nice piece that Bob and Dave can carry into the meeting this week.

Where did you get that info from?

Rams are close to having a scrimmage with the Cowboys in Oxnard, CA near L.A.
http://cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/2015/ ... -l-a.html/

I find this as reaction toward everything going in Carson's direction. Kroenke trying to show the Rams have stronger fan base in LA.

If St. Louis gets the stadium done then Rams stay, the Raiders moving here would be ignorant of League.

^ Also, Jerry Jones pretty clearly supports the Rams moving to LA, so it's no surprise he's partnering with them to assist in this.

Makes it even more ironic that both are from Missouri, both made their fortunes here, and trying to take a team away from the state.....

You can't make this stuff up.

It's not the states team and it's just business.

The only reason Kroenke was able to buy the team was because they wanted to move to Missouri and the team was brought here by somebody from Missouri.

lol at it's just business, the right billionaire from your state can help city get the top. Look what Ted Turner did for ATL, he owned the Hawks and Braves even help the city get the Olympics.

Look at how the Texas cities are booming.

Ask a Texas billionaire would they move their business out of state to the most expense state in the Union? You know what the answer would be.

So are you saying it's personal? If not, then it's just business.

Of course the right billionaire can help a city get to the top. Kroenke doesn't seem like the Ted Turner type.

And Texas isn't Missouri.

Randy Karraker leaked what looks like a press release about the construction manager for the St. Louis Stadium project.

It's neither. Kroenke said to trust him as a Missourian when he first bought the majority ownership. His words.

You made point about Missouri. Texans are loyal to their home and make it a better place. Texas is not Missouri.

More greasing of the skids for a Chargers' migration.

It will be interesting to see if any information will leak tomorrow during the NYC meetings.

Dishonest, lying ripoff of taxpayers, to pay for another white elephant.

Clap all you want, the lawsuits at the city and state level will decide this.

yeah im sure they are going into the biggest meeting of this whole thing with a plan that hinges on lawsuits....must be amateur hour....ripoff of taxpayers? Rams already pay enough in taxes to cover early bond payments....Dome would be open to generate additional revenue for the city, sh*tty area of town will get a $500-600M private investment.....someone call the FBI!

^ STOP TALKING ABOUT FREEING UP THE DOME. THAT HAPPENS ANYWAYS.

Sorry about the yelling. That's just driving me crazy. The Rams are leaving the Dome very soon. It will be open up for other events. This is not contingent upon building a new stadium.

That doesn't mean your other points aren't fairly valid. But if they are, there's no need to amp them up with misleading points like that.

If the Rams are playing a new stadium here, that frees up the Dome...

Is that statement factual your honor?
