The 4th phase building was to replace 7711 Carondelet (currently designated as Centene Building A) and its adjacent garage, directly southwest of Building B (7700 Forsyth).newstl2020 wrote:^That's correct.
The most recent renders per my recollection were of a 200'-ish apartment tower on the Plaza side of the first garage, an auditorium fronting the Forsyth end of the first garage, and then a third phase (450' tower) where the Trianon site was and a fourth phase (400'-ish tower) just slightly Northwest of Centene 1. This all appears to be in flux with the exception of the auditorium which legally hopefully god willing will be built out along the South end of the first garage.
Not quite sure what either of these statements mean. Can anyone expand on this?JaneJacobsGhost wrote: ↑Oct 22, 2019I've hear the Carondalet Tower isn't ideal. Other large tenant may be looking to move soon too
Its not a great office building. It has other large tenants. Those tenants may be looking for an upgrade soon.
Thanks! Like Jshank I was unaware that was office. A move to downtown would be excellent but absent that, large enough to make a dent as an anchor tenant in Centene 3 on the old Trianon site?JaneJacobsGhost wrote: ↑Oct 23, 2019Its not a great office building. Are you referring to 190 Carondelet Plaza - the building diagonally across the street from the new Centene Tower (115 Carondelet Plaza)?jeff707 wrote: ↑Oct 23, 2019E&Y and Husch Blackwell are the big tenants.
Assuming you're referring to 190 Carondelet Plaza, it's part of a complex of two towers (The Plaza) and an adjoining building between them - the smaller tower is office, the taller tower is residential. Stan Kroenke owns the penthouse at 150 Carondelet Plaza (on the left).jshank83 wrote: ↑Oct 23, 2019^I didn’t event realized that building was an office building. I guess I thought it was residential or something else.
So are both these parking garages just normal parking garages? Do they have retail in them or anything? Just seems weird they build 2 parking garages next to each other but one building. I know more supposedly is coming but that is just a lot of continuous parking garage if there isn't anything with it.newstl2020 wrote: ↑Mar 03, 2020The large crane they have been using for the Parking garage has come out of the hole and is taken apart. From the webcams it appears as though the parking structure may be complete (the pre-fab portion) and the remainder may be similar to the North end of the parking garage in that it may be steel structural construction.
