Let's see:

If x is the amount of work needed to complete Ballpark Village, and y is "the rate Ballpark Village is progressing", then:

Completion Year = 2008 + x/y. Since y = 0 units of work/year, then; Completion Year = 2008 + x/0 = 2008 + 0 = 2008!

So, I guess Ballpark Village will be done this year! Today, actually. Awesome! :)

^ Ummm, excuse me if you're being sarcastic, but my math gene cringes at your result and I must correct the mistake. You cannot divide by 0!

x/0 = undefined, so...

Completion Year = 2008 + x/0 = 2008 + undefined = undefined completion date!

^ So, Ballpark Village isn't going to be done today???

I was going to say that y = 1/infinity units of work per year, but a) that isn't even true, and 2) it wasn't as funny.

Sorry to hear about the math gene...I feel for ya.

lim n -> 0 x/n = infinity, therefore BPV will be completed when the world ends. Cogito ergo sum, semper ubi sub ubi.

Which bandwidth are you referring to? I assume you're not referring to throughput but instead, monthly data transfer limits. What are the limits of your hosting plan? Have you reached them? My host offers 15,000 gigabytes of data transfer monthly for a cost of like $7 monthly. I have a hard time believing a primarily text-based site like this reaches even 0.1% of that limit in a month.

So why say bandwidth? If you want to keep people on topic, why not just say that? Thanks for your efforts in moderating and let's not underestimate the importance of catharsis.

Actually, only two of the Cupples warehouses remain untouched. As for "no apparent progress," you might want to check out this story.

So the Cupples building that Blue Urban (McGowan) is developing for these two ad firms, is this one of the buildings that McGowan had previously billed as a Ballpark Loft building, and now it has switched from residential to office?

Does anybody have a copy of, link to or even citation of the Development Agreement for this project?

If I recall there was a 1st agreement that was signed before Centene entered the picture and a 2nd unsigned agreement proposed after Centene showed interest. Information about either woudl be great for a paper that I'm working on.

Thanks in advance for any help.

There are two other PDF documents attached within the one linked to above. These are the amended Development Agreements including Centene.
