Makes you wonder how in the world anyone could have abandoned that for so long.
This building is going to be jaw-dropping when finished.

Roger - I'll see if I can get you some answers. Shouldn't be a problem...roger wyoming II wrote:^ look forward to it!
John, if you can shed light now or after next week on these questions I'd be most appreciative:
- do you if public will be able to see the arcade as they go to the art museum, etc., which I assume will be open to public?
- do you have any details on the corner cafe/coffee shop?
- and projections on the number of students/staff for Webster?
Thanks!
Roger - you are correct. About half the units have been pre-leased. What's impressive about that is those were leased site unseen. I don't think there will be any issue filling the remaining units. If anyone has a friend/family member/acquaintance looking for a new home, make sure they check Arcade out!roger wyoming II wrote:^ thanks!
post-dispatch just had a short update btw telling reader's behind the paywall
-- about 85% of the building is done
-- should open in December
-- about half the units have already been pre-leased.
Looking good!
There ya go.roger wyoming II wrote:^
