...or were you there? I listened to the recording of the meeting, but couldn't hear the question or much of the answer. They were definitely talking about the 4101 Manchester site, though. I couldn't make out much more than the above, but: a) Spencer is definitely out, b) the new, unnamed developer is looking at how they can use the piers that were poured, and c) it's unknown whether they will pursue a similar mixed-use building...Q&A

I hope so, as it could at least give an appearance of integrity to the RFP process, and save the city a lot of embarrassment.
