Sharon Tyus now DB’s biggest enemy.
Thanks for the insight. That makes sense.MattnSTL wrote: ↑May 21, 2025LRA buildings are not insured. Does it make sense to rebuild structures in place, or take the settlement and reallocate the funds in a more strategic manner (i.e. building in more concentrated pattern in targeted areas). Do you rebuild fewer expensive large brick homes, or more smaller more affordable stick built homes?
Dude, you're unhinged. Take a breadth.

What, what do you mean unhinged?!? I am in process of procuring the Agenda and related documents for the Friday workshop. I am not unhinged!

Auggie you don’t have to parrot every viewpoint DB has. It doesn’t add much value here. No one even remote seriously suggested that.Auggie wrote:DB somehow gets called unhinged by spitting facts but dweeb talks about cutting people's heads off and no one said anything. Bias is crazy.

The devastation is a disaster
However, whatever color you are or what your social economic status is; if you own a home and you do not have insurance now more than ever the government is not going to rebuild your home.
Tornado alley has moved east
Dont be shocked if insurance companies 'pull out' of our area and the insurance you can get will be even more costly
Little or nothing will be rebuilt, and we will move on to the next 'big story' This disaster will accelerate the movement of even more people out of north city

It doesn't matter how serious he was. What matters is that it was an insane thing to even say in any context, yet somehow DB gets called unhinged.Debaliviere91 wrote: ↑May 21, 2025Auggie you don’t have to parrot every viewpoint DB has. Debaliviere91, you just parroting the administration's narrative adds so little I've stopped responding to it because it's just word for word what the government is saying. Its a joke and it assumes I and anyone else is blind and deaf and incapable of basic comprehension.

We are so fortunate that only 5 lives were taken by this tornado even if sirens weren’t ringing this tornado was so rain wrapped that most people wouldn’t have known there was a tornado within all that rain. Could you imagine yourself driving then all of a sudden you’re caught in a very dangerous tornado. This will not be our last time dealing with situations such as this we just have to keep on improving be better. Sadly tornadoes will strike whenever wherever if the conditions are right & most tornadoes don’t move in straight lines most wobble & move erratically. This tornado was a mile wide at times. Anyways the St.Louis area is nearing over 30 confirmed tornadoes this spring if we haven’t been considered apart of tornado alley we are now.

Of course it matters how serious he was. I know you can read so I know you can see it was entirely sarcastic.Auggie wrote:It doesn't matter how serious he was. If you go back to my original point, DB is being called unhinged because he called a disingenuous bigot a disingenuous bigot, yet people making actually unhinged comments like talking about cutting people's heads off gets no comment.Debaliviere91 wrote: ↑May 21, 2025It’s being brushed off by literally everyone but you. What it tells me is that you are also disingenuous, but you're comments over the last couple of days already revealed that.

I know Lee has made bigoted comments in the past. I don’t actually disagree with the assessment. It was a bit of harsh response for simply asking what the workshop was about. That actually seems like a fairly reasonable question.Auggie wrote:If you go back to my original point, DB is being called unhinged because he called a disingenuous bigot a disingenuous bigot, yet people making actually unhinged comments like talking about cutting people's heads off gets no comment.Debaliviere91 wrote: ↑May 21, 2025It’s being brushed off by literally everyone but you. I don’t know what you’re getting at by saying my commentary has been disingenuous. I know you disagree with my POV. I don’t what’s disingenuous about it though. I think your just throwing insults around without even thinking.
Seeing how Mayor Spencer has risen to meet this crisis, I am more and more confident that I voted correctly for new leadership for the City of St. Louis.

Spencer has risen more than what we expect from leaders. I think she’s an actual true leader & St.Louis might be in safe hands with her & seeing her press conference & her showing emotion is what I look for in people. Seems most people align crying as weak however to me it’s about someone who gives a damn & actually cares. Kudos to Spencer.

But my point is that DB gets called unhinged while someone who brought up cutting people's heads off didn't. The point is bias. I didn't really comment on what DB said beyond that it is true.Debaliviere91 wrote: ↑May 22, 2025I know Lee has made bigoted comments in the past. I don’t actually disagree with the assessment. Right but DB was serious. The other post was 100% obviously not. Your comparing things that aren’t at all comparable.Auggie wrote:But my point is that DB gets called unhinged while someone who brought up cutting people's heads off didn't. The point is bias. DB was serious because he's correct and he was stating a fact, regardless of tone. Dweeb wasn't serious because it was totally unhinged and insane and would get you banned on Reddit.Debaliviere91 wrote: ↑May 22, 2025Right but DB was serious. The other post was 100% obviously not. The point is bias, because if DB said something like that back in January, he would have gotten rightly ostracized for it. If I said something like that, I'd get rightly banned.
