It's located in a bland state building. Other projects bringing some diverse activity along Delmar east of the East Loop include the rehabs for ArtWorks, the Loop Trolley maintenance facility, the mixed-use Euclid Plaza project and the new construction for the adolescent health center.
The smallish apartment renovation on Lafayette & 39th in Tiffany is completed. Also, the first of the two new infill apartment buildings on Pershing looks to get started soon as a permit has been filed for the demo of the pool house on the project site of the one on the south side.
h/t to presby, permits were approved recently for the rooftop bistro on the Big Bros/Big Sis Building and for a renovation of an 1880s building on Martln Luther King by the IBEW so I put those both Under Construction.

Does anyone know what's going on with the Landing project? Last stuff I can find was from February 2014 about the potential of residential going in. Now I can't even find anything on the parking garage that they proposed following the Arch garage demolition.
^ KMOV just had a story confirming that City Arch RIver has no plans for a replacement garage... my believe has been that with Metro's move out of the Landing there was not as much of a need for it. And now STLtoday just has a story that Spinnaker bought Metro's old HQ for a tech hub. I wish it was residential, but whatever works, I guess.
Good to hear there won't be a Landing garage. The new entrance to the Arch will be closer to the Kiener garages anyways, which will bring Arch visitors to the heart of Downtown. IMO the last thing Downtown needs - Landing or anywhere - is another parking garage.

The plus of the Drury garage was that it would have supported the proposed tower.... if they weren't able to move forward with it even with the subsidized garage then it's no big deal; but it may now make it harder to get a tower done if Drury still has interest.
Moved the residential redevelopment on S. Jefferson to Completed. Also, The Orion and Station Plaza both have some partial occupancy permits in so those may be "completed" by the end of the year as well.

^ yes, the larger warehouse/office building is done and I think the gift shop is in there at least for now but the restaurant and marketing office in the smaller building are still being work on.
Also, I added the completion of the Rise apartment project "Village at Delmar" to completed as I didn't realize it was already done.
