I didn't add it to the project list, but Butler's Pantry opened a new event center called Joule in Gilded Age's City Hospital complex... I think this took out one of what I think were three smaller undeveloped properties in the complex.
More residential units supposedly are coming as well but the permit activity on the parcels aren't the friendliest to sort through.

Green Street has been in the news.... they signed Avatara to a lease so work should begin soon on that; some permits have already been applied for but not yet issued.
And substantial site work has begun on the old Carondolet Coke site and work on the initial spec building is imminent , according to Post-Dispatch article. And a neat thing there is that GS received some New Markets Tax Credits from a KC institution so the project will leave local allocations available for other projects.
Not putting it on the list, but another nice investment is being made on the strip of Manchester between Kingshighway and Hamption as the Watering Bowl (doggie daycare) will be opening up a large operation:

The expansion has been completed. There are no occupants yet but that was the case with other space in the building as well. There is about 30,000 SF to lease in the building but the construction has finished both inside and in the commons (minus the planned Metrolink stop area).
Added the second SLU dorm project (S. Grand and Laclede) to Under Construction and the historic National Candy Building renovation -- that's the huge vacant warehouse on Gravois in Bevo Mill -- for U-Haul to planned.
Added the tech overhaul of the Green Street property on Market to Under Construction and the Forest Park infrastructure enhancements, Danforth Campus Transformation Plan and the Lawrence Group's plan for 13 infill townhomes on Sarah to Planned
Moved the 625 Euclid project over to Under Construction as the interior demo permit has been approved. I also move the Kinloch Telephone Exchange Building rehab on Indiana to completed... that was a single family conversion.
The future home of Raising Cane chicken is a few days away from being a clean slate. The demo of the old Coldwell Banker office behind schnucks at Hampton village is Half done and should be done in the next week or so.
