Yeah, that is absolutely nuts. Sales must be abysmal. No clue why'd they'd open up & close so soon. Somebody needs to get fired over that. They probably got the land for super cheap considering it was a vacant lot forever.

I’m kinda shocked the loop one was considered underperforming…seemed always slammed
Delmar Loop has had an infusion of local coffee and boba tea shops so maybe traffic had gone down and local places were winning out and Starbucks saw the shift
