1) City requires the good parts of the development (office, hotel, apartments) to be built in unison or before rhe data center. I'd even be okay with tax breaks for this side of the development.
2) City/developer subsidizes a new location for Goodwill within the city and accessible from MetroLink.
If they are serious about what they are promising, they'd agree immediately and we could all celebrate a big win for the city. If not, then this whole thing has been a bait and switch.

Those renderings are all AI generated. They need to hire an actual architect and submit development plans for all components if they want me to believe they want to do all those components.
