That building's currently being sold and that corner retail unit was not marketed as having a tenant. Thanks! I remembered hearing the rumor the real estate company marketing the building was going to be moving in there and had it confirmed by two people, but yeah, looks like that isn’t happening. In any event, here's a photo of construction of the St. Louis Public Library kiosk that sat on the southeast corner of Kingsbury & Des Peres (just a half-block from the site SeattleNative discusses) from 1983-1992.
