Does this mean, rehabbed to the benefit of the current inhabitants of Winter Garden? Or something more like, redeveloped to the detriment of the current inhabitants. Such things happen.quincunx wrote: ↑Mar 11, 2021The hits keep on coming!

It will remain Low Income if that’s what you’re asking.throatybeard wrote:Does this mean, rehabbed to the benefit of the current inhabitants of Winter Garden? Pretty disappointed this isn’t going to be a cafe or something similar. But glad that it is going to be occupied after a long vacancy.quincunx wrote:AH Realty Advisors is opening an office in the commercial space in Dorze at Waterman and DeBaliviere.

$500k building permit application submitted for a three family on the vacant lot at 5953 McPherson at Des Peres.
^ Great seeing these little lots around the neighborhood starting to fill in with smaller multi-family projects. And the single-families too...
Rothschild Development Ltd acquired 5722 McPherson June 7th. Hope that means something is coming.

Well would you look at that. It is in the neighborhood. Why is a 5100 address in the 5700 block?SeattleNative wrote:5122?quincunx wrote:Rothschild Development Ltd acquired 5122 McPherson June 7th. Hope that means something is coming.

Blue line is the proposed metrolink access from east end of Pershing in the Skinker DeBaliviere plan. Ogilvie told me it would require a redesign of the FPP/DeBaliviere intersection.
What if they just bought the vacant lot on DeGiverville and ran a pedestrian/cyclist bridge across there instead? Redfin puts estimated value of 5766 DeGiverville at $30k. But even if it was $100k, it would be a small portion of the project cost as Federal Highway Admin estimates bridge costs at between $1-5M.
Thoughts?

While I’m on the topic, Bi State should sell that grassy lot on the east end of Pershing in that image and let someone get some apartments or something up on it.SeattleNative wrote:
