Landshire and Abstrakt Marketing Group are still there (AMG is in a few buildings down there)

Brand Addition recently moved their US HQ to 707 2nd street.
Landshire has been gone for years.  But Raeder did just land Continental Mapping.
Continental is who has closed their office. Honestly, the industry as a whole seems to be move more towards remote work so I would have been surprised to see them renew their lease.

Change of ownership for this building. The owner of Kimchi Guys/Drunken Fish restaurants group has brought the building from the developer

That's great.  I was a bit worried when Kimchi opened another location.  I do worry about exclusivity on killing business, but I'm also not a business major.  I'm glad they're committed to the neighborhood!

I’ve said this all over social media! Landings is the NYC Dumbo neighborhood of STL!! Instead of the Brooklyn Bridge is the Arch!! There’s so much potential and if well marketed that place can be packed of tourists. I’m glad they’re moving forward with these developments. I would restrict cars for outsiders and and give permits to residents only. The new little park and the demolition of the surface parking lot could bring food trucks and beer gardens to the area. Great news for sure!

^ wouldn't it be the Eads Bridge instead of the Brooklyn Bridge?

From Dumbo you see mainly the Manhattan Bridge, not the Brooklyn Bridge

^^^ I said the Arch as is the most famous thing we got plus you can take a picture just like the Manhattan bridge from the Landings and it looks similar.

The opening scene in the movie American Flyers has a good shot of that view of the Arch looking south from Laclede's Landing.  Even captures the old McDonalds on the river.

Went to a wedding on the Landing last Weekend. Physically the place looks nice, there were a few people milling around late afternoon as we arrived, but it was no where near the zoo that I remember from the mid to late 90's . The new park looks nice, I am sure that they will do a good job on the future park where the parking garage is now, but man it would be a great candidate for new residential infill.

Also - One of the breweries needs to develop the old casino dock into a riverside beer garden - It has a canopy - right on the water. It just needs to be cleaned up and drop a few cargo container bars/restroom/kitchens in.  Right now it looks like homeless were camping there.

Needs to be raised a meter or two, that thing floods all the time

Big activity on the Landing today, first of all interior demo has started on the Greeley Building! Also a bit of a surprise but the empty Morgan Street Brewery annex building is suddenly dumpstered and undergoing interior demo

OMFG...there has to be a better consensus surrounding the whole issue of the LANDING.  IT is a great historical area for new development.  And we need that.  Laclede's Landing is a staple we all have memories of.!  A true riverfront cobble road district needs new and local small business, and great restaurants...(Michelin star restaurant) will help business...and make a new Landing attract high rollers and spenders that stay next door at the Four Seasons !!  NO NO NO chain stores, and a great potential, walking distance directly under the EADS bridge, and into the awesome new Archpark!!

modern all new federal park grounds we all need to see more

rustic brick city on the water, a place worth investing.

I don't think you will see many people here disagree with you, but the Landing has been going through a slow death for the better part of a decade or two depending on who you talk to. I would be thrilled just to see the vacancy lowered to a non-embarrassing level and at this point I'm not picky.

I think Laclede's Landing is going to have a rebirth here pretty soon. I think those apartments down there on the Landing are going to fill in, and I predict we'll hear about the first infill project on the Landing in 100+ years being proposed no later than 2023 or maybe '24.

Especially with Abstrakt's growing presence.  I could see a lot of 20-somethings out of college getting their first abysmal marketing gig there and love walking to work.
