One thing I was wondering: since the loading dock will be be on the lower level and accessed by the tunnel under Market, will all four sides of the stadium be usable/accessible by the public? Or will there be a part fenced off or filled with stuff like loading docks, trash bins etc
-Busch Stadium: the entire south side under 40/64. Accessible on 3 sides.
-Enterprise Center: the part with the parking garage. Accessible on 2 sides.
-Dome: north side/docks facing Cole. Accessible on 4 corners.
-Chafitz: loading docks and practice gym. Accessible on 2 sides.

Yes, fans will be able to enter from all sides.  I wouldn't be shocked if some vendors don't utilize the loading docks for smaller deliveries and they park along Olive or 20th depending on the exact situation, but that wouldn't be during game days when fans are entering or leaving.

That has been their main selling point of the stadium since they released the first North of Market renderings.
  • West side of the stadium is the VIP parking lot, entrance and drop off lane
  • South side is the greenway and tree-lined "hallway", and the entrance to the enclosed event space
  • Not much on the north side, but it is the supporter section, so I'd guess lots of shuttle buses will line up there along Olive, plus, of course, it's the closest side to the Tap Room
  • East side is the bar entrance and the exterior-facing vendor(s), and it's the main pre-game rally and meeting spot for the peasants

The Maggie O's/Bricklayers Union building is being painted a dark green from top to bottom.

It's not quite kerry green, but it looks good. All the awnings and lighting have been removed, so hopefully those get an upgrade as well.

It's not so bad.

Tony Thompson (owner of Kwame, that’s the owners rep for the mls project) said more to come in response to that tweet.

I like the green, it looked super dated before. Like a bar in an old Post Office.

Yeah I don’t hate it. Nice to see Maggie O’s finally putting some money into the place.

Anything going on inside? Last time I was in there was pre-COVID.

Seems ripe for a rooftop bar overlooking the stadium.

Hey my hometown has one of those and it looks great. Just don't go there. It's kind of a s**t show.

That place is both bad and great. Rough rough crowd, but also very entertaining.

I was in there recently before a Blues preseason game and the inside was the same as always, hopefully they’ll do something with that too.

The Arch colored panels on the underside of the canopy are a really great touch.

1)The glass is looking nice and adds mass to the complex.

2)Went in to Maggie O Briens last night after the Blues game. I can confirm it’s very 1991 in there outside of the TVs. They were jam packed and are going to make a killing on soccer game days.

Man, it really is a large swath of land getting picked up. I'm hoping the residential boom fills up and the 2nd bug catches on next to the stadium. Would love to see a handful of apartment complexes pop into this area on all of the empty lots.

Union Station Lofts has a nice ring to it... and on that lot to the west, it could overlook Union Station / The Wheel / STLSC Stadium / Practice Fields...
