I looked them up. They don't seem to be. Two are owned by the same entity. The other three are all owned by different individuals or organizations. All four have addresses out of town, mostly out in the county, as I recall. 4006, 10, 14, 18, and 22 S. Grand.quincunx wrote: ↑Apr 10, 2021Are they LRA-owned?

My understanding with LRA is that you can't even buy a property unless you have plans and financing in place to do something with it. I could very well be wrong.PeterXCV wrote: ↑Oct 25, 2021Seems like the program is making progress so far, I would like to know who they are selling properties to, is there any oversight over the screening? Because if they are stabilizing vacant properties just to sell them to out of state investors bent on holding homes until they are worth more the money is just going to waste.
That’s sort of the expectation but in practice if you have a vague plan it seems with some properties you can just go ahead (speaking from experience with only one parcel)aprice wrote:My understanding with LRA is that you can't even buy a property unless you have plans and financing in place to do something with it. There's a few but LRA properties are overwhelmingly concentrated in North City. Most vacant buildings in the Dutchtown area are privately owned.SouthCityJR wrote: ↑Aug 31, 2022None from South City?
