Yes there are four rehabbed properties in Baden, I just covered the top neighborhoods. You can see the full list here: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/d ... erties.cfmRockChalkSTL wrote: ↑Aug 31, 2022None in Baden?
There's a couple in Baden, but only one sold. Seen here: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/d ... erties.cfm
(filter by Baden to see all the ones nominated there.)

New set of stabilized properties for sale, now with open houses available: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/d ... ldings.cfm
^ do we have any indication of how well the program is working at actually getting these properties sold and redeveloped?
Stabilized is great but if they’re not being sold/redeveloped… should we keep stabilizing or should we turn our attention to redeveloping?

You could look through the list of properties and see who owns them and whether permits were pulled to further rehab them.
I took a quick look at the three oldest. All three are in private hands. One has a big building permit for rehab.
4950 Wren
5919 Ferris
4275 Ashland
4275 Ashland got $19,076 in stabilization work. Went to auction starting at $1,000. It sold for $2k to Tabernacle CDC. They rehabbed it, $150k building permit plus more electrical and plumbing permits. Sounds like a great success!

^That's some handsome buildings. Glad to hear the program is progressing and making a difference.
The Prop NS Program hasn't approved stabilizations of any nominated properties in a year, I wonder what's going on. https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/d ... erties.cfm
