Didn’t notice this originally, but they installed LED lighting along the roofline.

They're stocking the shelves at the CVS. Nothing happening in the other street-level space.

^ i hope there will be big, red CVS signs filling that empty space above the corner entrance? 'cause it looks kinda bad at the moment.

All of these board ups are late. I doubt there will be any thing major again like we saw the other night.

The window frames have a lot of noticeable holes from the board-up.

One of the best corner transformations I've seen around here.  And they're getting an ITAP. 😬

These signs crack me up every time I see them. Are they cautioning cyclists about holes in the street, or cautioning drivers about airborne cyclists?

Not sure if you’re joking but they note that bicycle tires can jam into the trolley rail spaces leading to injuries.

I drove by this the other day, didn't snap a pic (was driving lol) plus it was kind of a crappy day...but this building looks fantastic.  Like EssT said, maybe one of the best corner transformations in the entire city.

I LOVE the blade sign...it lights up in all different kinds of colors.

Managed to snap a photo this time.  The roof lighting really looks great.

The randomness of that sign is really growing on me.

The Lamar Johnson Collaborative has a webpage up for this with some nice pictures and other graphics. I find the "walk circle" graphic to be interesting as it doesn't include The Everly.
The Link in the Loop is a new mixed-use development prominently located in the heart of Delmar Loop at Delmar & Skinker. Replacing a former gas station, the office, and retail property is breathing more life into the already buzzing Delmar Loop entertainment and dining district.

Delmar Loop, for St. Louisans, is a social connection and a living monument. For visitors, it’s an authentic, lively, and often quirky destination for shopping, performing arts and nightlife. For students and faculty at nearby Washington University, it’s an important connector, a nexus of two growing campuses. To LJC, the Delmar Loop is an opportunity to celebrate and enhance the area’s unique character. The Loop starts at the intersection of Delmar and Skinker, a critical entry point into the district. As Washington University expands and evolves, this intersection assumes a central role due to its proximity to both the Danforth and the North campuses and its central location along the growing Loop.
The part where they claim that the Loop begins at Delmar and Skinker is odd to me. I personally feel that it begins at Delmar and Des Peres. Eventually, maybe even within the decade, I could see it beginning at Goodfellow. If you want ton read more about the project from the perspective of the architect, visit the link here: https://theljc.com/portfolio/link-in-the-loop/

Also, rumor has it that Chase is looking to set up a branch here.

Chase was adamant they wanted to own their own building just a year ago. Lol how quickly that changed when the neighborhood shut their auto oriented, low density design down.

First time seeing this building in person in a long time. I like how the brick changes color. The changes in color really show up in the morning sun.
