I give him credit for his ability to move the goalposts after each ridiculous claim is shut down and for strong WiFi in that bunker

It would have been much more reasonable to consider whether or not the league would survive a cancelled season.  I don't know how much cash MLS has, or how much insurance will cover.  It's possible some teams would be on shaky ground.  But the only thing that stops construction of the stadium would be the whole league folding, which at this point seems very unlikely.

Drove by the site around 9:00 PM this evening - and utility crews were active on the eastern site perimeter and Market.   So yes, site prep is still ongoing even with Coronavirus.

Ownership group released a statement today saying site prep and construction will continue as planned. Adjustments will be made if necessary should the need arise.

They must have bought plenty of gold to shore up the construction funding ....😬

I spent 30 minutes checking out all angles of the construction site today.  The work being done is impressive. The Schlafly brewery will be a huge winner because the stadium brings together Union Station, Washington Ave., and everything in between. Is there a construction cam available yet?

Not yet.  And once one is up and running, I bet it'll be easy to find on https://mls4thelou.com.

You sound like the Steward of Gondor during the attack on Minas Tirith. God, I've been watching too many movies lately.

Got a good chuckle.   Same thought, in our case my family has  been watching the Harry Potter series for our next round of movies.  On fourth movie last night where it starts with the World Quidditch Cup before deatheaters make their entrance.   Now that is an awesome stadium..

Of course, stadiums works when players are flying around on brooms and action at the top row is just as good as being on the bottom row box seats or even better

The building along Olive have been demolished (expect the one at the corner at 20th that’s still being disputed)

Work has picked up by 5 fold this week. Probably about 100 or so workers on site. Double wide construction office trailer is up and running. Bedrock has been reached.

^Is that taken looking north from Market over the old ramps? It's showing sideways and it's messing with my ability to orient myself.

Yes this is looking at the stadium site itself north of market. Remember the stadium floor will be sunken from Market.

The site was quiet today but I had the opportunity to walk along a part of it. Much larger site than I thought. Becoming a muddy mess. There is one foundation drill on site.

I didn’t see any no trespassing signs and the gate 4 behind union station Drury isn’t exactly air tight 😬

Anyone willing to speculate what that resolution might entail?  Personally, I think leaving one building on the corner will look really out of place (if that is indeed what they will be doing).
