Since it was nice out, I walked around through several neighborhoods. There will be photos posted in specific threads. I'll start with One Hundred.

From Lindell and Spring...

West Pine and Vandeventer...

From West Pine near Euclid...

Looks like they're installing the corrugated panels on the top tier, west facade.

Finally. Talked to a Clayco employee btw. Needless to say, there was in fact a huge delay in the metal paneling. It should be done by now. Apparently a disagreement between an engineer and a manufacturer.

NAIDesco is marketing the retail space at the corner. A new rendering of the base is included as well. The space is 1,715SF. No lease rate is included. You have to call for that.

285 units remain putting preleased numbers at around 16%.

^Thanks for the photos.  You didn't happen to get a zoomed-in shot of the "articulated" metal panels by any chance, did you?

It's hard to tell from the first image whether or not that is the finished product...but there seems to be a lot of color variation between individual panels and the seams between them are much more visible than expected.

Great shots, PB! I think we're starting to see why this will soon become St. Louis' Second Most Photographed Building.

Yeah because your corner restaurant server was their main target. Last I hear WashU/BJC hasn’t laid off any doctors

It also looks like the floors will lease a bit staggered.  7-14 will be available by July 15th, 15-27 on August 17th, and 28-36 on September 7th.
Looks like the move-in dates have been bumped out by about a month (3 weeks for the top floors). The website now shows:

Floors 7-14: August 15th
Floors 15-27: September 16th
Floors 28-36: September 29th

Are you doing ok?  Sincerely asking because you've really gotten pessimistic in recent posts, almost in a way where it reads that you're hoping for these projects to fail.

What's with the Tower of Babel reference? Just because of the geometric design?

You know I didn’t think to do that I gone there mostly to take spring flower shots while there was still a chance. Other than that the building is looking great

^As others have said, those spring flower shots make the building look even better. Great shots. Lovely flowers. Gorgeous building. Well done!

Here's a poor attempt on a cloudy day shooting towards the sun with a cheap camera:

^That's great, thanks.

That looks better than how they appeared in PB's photo, but still, that's an awful lot of seams between panels, and they are pretty noticeable, even from the distance. Maybe they will improve a bit by the time they get to the lower levels.

They are installing panels on the north side of the top tier now.

^ I know, not the best pic of 100 itself, but I like the framing of it.

I like this view. The new and old of apartment living in the Central West End.
