Truly is a unique building we need more of this type of architecture. I sure hope we get several more from this designer.

The best part of it is how unnoticeable the parking podium is.  It looks great.  It's incredible that there are buildings like the Penant in BPV that needed more than the floors of the office to create a viable parking situation.  Especially when they had such a blank slate to work with, tons of subsidies, etc.  Bury that sh*t.  I know it's more expensive, but, hey, the city is giving you a bag of money.

I love this pic that was posted by someone in the Facebook group St. Louis Memories, Vintage Photos, and Things We Remember. It got a surprising amount of support, considering the group is made up of people pining for "the good old days".

I love the growth from one building to the next in this pic!

Yeah we need a couple more towers to start going up before this and the downtown crane are gone.

The City is not giving a bag of money. That's not how city incentives work.

Damn good pics guys, keep 'em coming. ^ Would love to see that picture in a few years with another iconic tower rising between the two.

A couple of rooftop cooling towers were installed on the north side of the building today.  So if there's going to be any rooftop common area or penthouse space, it will be on the south side.

Was out today at a couple of projects, figured i'd hit this one too since i've been wanting to shoot it for awhile now. Right click, open in new tab for full resolution. Enjoy.

^ Absolutely fantastic.  Love that last shot looking down West Pine.

Let's hope 2020 brings a proposal for the lot at Lindell and Kingshighway.
