Nice to see for-sale condominiums being included in the next phases. St. Charles has been building so many apartments lately. I wish St. Louis city would build new construction condos. I would move to the city in a heartbeat if they did. You’d think the CWE would be a perfect spot. I was hoping the Lindell-Kingshighway proposal would include owner occupied units. As a 25 year old not planning on having kids, I don’t want to deal with yard maintenance of a single family home so my options are either multi-family condo or apartment buildings. I like the amenities that so many of the new apartment buildings offer but I can’t stomach to spend well over a thousand a month on something I can’t build equity from.
