I used total population to decide them. Didn’t want the headache of trying to do it myself, imparting my bias, and then getting complaints for not having it how others think it should be.

Interesting. Before I can vote I am curious which ones didn’t make it. March madness is 68 teams (I think) and the city has 79 (right?).
