"Danger: Spirtas." Now there's a quote for you. Also, the Ead's Bridge postcard has got to be the most vibrant picture of the East St. Louis riverfront I've ever seen. Knew there'd been a lot of freight houses there at one time, but that's still a pretty cool picture.

Nicely done! Love the shots downtown. Mansion House never looked so good and I love that shot of 301 N. Memorial. That's a hidden gem right there.

I love the way cities look at night from the air. That'd make a lovely accompaniment to the "Giant Lighted Lucite Map of Gotham City" from the old Adam West Batman.

The fisheye of the Missouri pavilion almost makes me think of the Arena. Nice stuff. Great subjects all, and well shot.

Another thing that strikes me is how people seem to feel safe in FP. Even in the evening hours, you see single women, elderly folks, etc. out walking, running and just relaxing. What an amazing turn-around from what I remember back in the '70s.
Yeah, completely agreed. My wife and I were wandering around in the dark from ~9pm-10:30. While certainly not as busy as the daytime, we ran into several couples, a couple of young-ish girls hanging out and talking next to the Kerth fountain, a group of 7-8 girls walking around the grand basin, and even a couple of bikers and joggers. I was (pleasantly) surprised how safe and well-used the park felt even then. Nice! Still a pretty good bit of water in that stream. I always like the river better when it's a little on the high side. Good way to do a skyline. The Stan Span really adds something from that angle.
