Yep. Both corners, actually. But they are prime corners, and someday they will be built on. Just a matter of time.

Maybe this is where Rex Sinquifeld could build his Museum of American Regionalist Art (purely my imagination, no basis in reality). Would make sense, with his SLU connections. If only I had a billion or two.
I don't see the lot north of Lindell being developed anytime soon, but SLU will be building a dorm on the south lot. It's in their master plan, as well as a new Griesedieck hall.

A very handsome group of new infill has been built over the last few years in the 4300 block of Washington. These are higher-priced homes, and yes, they feature brick on all four sides!  There are a few lots still available, on both sides of the street. Good stuff.

Not perfect architecture by any means but I still really like them. Thanks for posting this. At first I was wondering how I didn't know about these but these are west of Boyle. When I bike down Washington, I alway have to cut down to Olive on the east end of this block thanks to a closed street.
I do get to pass the three Anthony Robinson houses, which are much closer to perfect. I hope he gets to design more of them.

Pretty wild video from Streetfighterz.  A haircut on a Harley.  Some pretty good city shots too:

Only in St. Louis lol.

Okay, that's both hardcore and crazy, and kind of fun. I'm actually surprised he got over west of Grand and south of Chippewa. He did some traveling. :) Didn't quite go past me, but I suppose there really is a biker bar just off Grand a few blocks from me, so maybe he got here, but it ended up on the cutting room floor. Along with the hair.

Beautiful terminal.  Almost looks like a rendering.  The clean look sans curbside baggage huts is very nice.  The 4th section was built to the west, correct?

Actually, the fourth bay was added to the east. If you look at the image below you can see what's now the B concourse between the first and second bays.  It's now between the center two bays. I'd swear there's a picture of the construction. Let me see if I can find it.

Love the airport shots.

I was sorting a few older collections of my own and came across this one.  Not an angle of the skyline we often get to see, so thought I’d share it.  Need to try and get back up to this spot now that BPV has started filling out.  OCW would be pretty visible from here.

Crazy, that's my co-worker's old house.  He lived there from roughly 2013 - 2018.  He loved that house.  I only got to go inside one time, but it was beautiful.  He was bummed when he had to sell it, but it was just too much house and mortgage for one guy.  The house was set up to potentially rent out multiple floors, but he ultimately didn't want to hassle with it.  I think he enjoyed having it to himself to work on and restore.  I wish he could have kept the place because it was such an easy walk to 4 Hands, Soulard, and the Ballpark.

^ Well tell your coworker he did a fantastic job.  I've got tons of shots of this home, all from when he would have been there too (I think I started shooting it around 2015).  One of my all-time favorites!

This is a pretty wild video. Top left corner tells you which buildings are getting hit.

Great shot.   US Wheel framing and juxtaposition of The 100 on top of Civil Courts is great.  Continental is visible and Clayton seems to be right at the edge of the flat earth... or is that KC? ;).  Best part is old and new street lights on either side of the old courthouse.  A transitional photographic record for sure.  Look how visible the crosswalk and lane markings are under the new lights!
