What is most disheartening about this is the utter callous approach to demo that Spiritas is approaching this. They seem to be preserving nothing, literally pushing the architectural cornices off the top of the building to the ground. They don't even seem to be recycling the bricks.

Agreed. Time is money though. How much was preserved from the Checkerdome aside from the seats that they sold off for a pretty penny?

Those ground lights are almost as big as the brick posts they're pointed at.
