How many parking spaces per apartment are in One Hundred?
Pretty likely the concrete pad around the elevator is loading dock height.
Edit: 355 parking spaces / 305 apartments = 1.16 per apt.

I would assume concrete cure rates for strength might be driving schedule on pours. In other words, let the bottom floors gain a little more strength before pouring the next round of floors.

Likely just ran into a snag of some sort. They poured the floor today and have a crew still on site passed 6pm pouring the supports for the next floor (trying to catch up?)
In other news after the core jumped today, it is now visible from 40 headed both East and West. Once the floors hit 14 (I believe where the core is now) it should really start to get people's attention. This is going to dominate the CWE skyline and I could not be more excited to see it.

I'm surprised that they can pour concrete on a rainy day.
They should be starting a marketing campaign soon; hopefully then we'll finally get some additional renderings and maybe a fly-over video etc.

There is glass waiting to be put up. Expect that tomorrow. It is sitting near what will be the lobby area. A safety net was going up today because the workers will have to lean over the building.
^Yeah, saw that this morning. Now we'll finally get a good idea of the actual color of this thing.
I'm home from work with the flu today and just scrolled through all 22 pages of this thread and was curious if anyone knew where this was shot from? I would love to snap a few photos from this viewpoint, especially with my telephoto lens. What a shot.newstl2020 wrote: I came across an excellent picture in a listing on Zillow that illustrates what an impact this is going to have on the CWE. Love the picture regardless.

Also here is an updated webcam shot, I hear some glass has been put on, anyone have any shots of that? I was hoping to be able to spy some of that from the cam, but not quite yet I guess.

^I'm guessing that first pic is from a drone. It appears to be from above the property at 5533 Lindell.
This looks to be a drone shot taken over 5555 Lindell Blvd and looking to the ESE. Compare this Google Earth view: https://earth.app.goo.gl/NLzAxuThe Mayor wrote:I'm home from work with the flu today and just scrolled through all 22 pages of this thread and was curious if anyone knew where this was shot from? Someone needs to post some of these new pics on Skyscraperpage.com! The One Hundred thread hasn’t been updated in quite a while.
^^ Thanks Chris! I could have sworn one of my Instagram buddies had said they had started putting glass up. Though I've been pretty loopy the last few days with all the flu meds, so I may have made a mistake lol.
Also, thanks BlackAltima and RBB, you're both correct in that does appear to be a drone shot. Guess I could try and talk my way up to the roof of one of the taller apartment buildings on Union, though I would have liked to have had those towers in the foreground. Maybe it's time to bite the bullet and just get a drone finally haha.

Looks like about 2 floors per every 3 weeks now, and what, 25 floors left to pour? At that rate it will top out in February.
24 floors left to pour. I think the plan always was to top out in early 2020 and open around June/July 2020. It’s getting there.urbanitas wrote:Looks like about 2 floors per every 3 weeks now, and what, 25 floors left to pour? At that rate it will top out in February.
For those wanting to know when leasing starts, I could see them starting around August. They may want to get the structure over 50% of the way up with glass starting before beginning the process of leasing apartments. Hopefully we will get more renderings then but I don’t expect to.
Some photos from today. No glass yet.

^ Easily the project I'm most excited about in all of Missouri. Can't wait to break the camera out on this thing. I'm going to consider moving here when I return to St. Louis, which is starting to get closer and closer...thank god haha.
Kind of surprised they haven't started leasing yet though. I know I'd like to inquire.

If St. Louis can keep the ball rolling with exciting projects like this, you may see a lot of the expats move back home.

A "wait list" has begun per a tweet from their account a while back.
Wait List
I filled out their online form for leasing info several months ago, and still have not received any response.
My very crude attempt at a massing study:

Contentless Rambling:
Daaang. People here got some money. Just kidding, if you can land one of these apartments, that's amazing and I'm jealous.
Sooo June/July 2020? That's when the new rolling stock is expected on the Amtrak Lincoln Service. Something tells me One Hundred will win this race. Instead I propose a race of One Hundred topping out and implementation of regular 110 mph service on the Lincoln Service.
As for the exterior materials, I hope they take their time and get it right. It would be nice to see them try a couple mock-ups before doing the whole building. Although usually mockups are to train the contractor to install the materials properly rather than trying different materials themselves.

^I was thinking that maybe the glass delivered the other day was actually for a mock-up, although I can't spot one in any of the webcam images.
BTW, it's rather odd that the mock-up from the BJC expansion is still standing along the north side of Forest Park Blvd, right by their garage.

Another trailer load of glass was being delivered this morning. They must be storing it on site.
