Second floor space has large north facing sawtooth skylights, exposed timber framed structure, 13'-0" to 23'-0" ceiling heights, maple floors and exposed brick walls with huge arched windows. Building is currently in unfinished raw condition. If only I had the money. That is a nice buildings, and has really good potential for the future, as well as the area around it.
