Artist Space in Historic Streetcar Factory



Wanted: Successful/established artists to preview an historic streetcar factory, (Laclede Car Company c1893), currently undergoing renovation. Second floor space has large north facing sawtooth skylights, exposed timber framed structure, 13'-0" to 23'-0" ceiling heights, maple floors and exposed brick walls with huge arched windows. Building is currently in unfinished raw condition.
