Crews now are building the 700,000-square-foot main office building, two parking garages, a visitor center, delivery inspection facility and a central utility plant. The current phase of construction is expected to last through the end of November 2021. The next phase will involve work on the building enclosure, like installing windows and glass, officials said. Crews have been on site for the past 18 months, first grading and pouring foundation. In April, crews began erecting 5,000 tons of steel beams and columns for the main building — a major milestone. About 450 workers are now on site everyday, rising to about 1,100 at peak construction next year.
Construction is on schedule, officials said, and slated to wrap up by early 2024. The campus is expected to open in 2025.

Yes. You will most likely see some sort of joint land use study that will spell out what’s allowed and what isn’t and that NGA/Air Force has a final say.
