Somebody asked the owners on FB - they are reopening under new 7/11 management.

They have started working on the 4-fam roof though. I saw workers patching up the south-side this week.

^Always good to see repairs after something like that. I was worried we were going to lose a two family down the block from me when a chimney collapse basically tore the roof off the building, but they fixed it . . . eventually. Good to see this kind of small project.

@Tim the Vandeventer strip from I44 to I64 would be interesting to look into... I believe Green Street owns a bunch of those.
