I really like this development it looks clean progressive and refreshing.
I hope that 13 story building is built it would be a welcome addition to the cities skyline i know some want taller however taller isn't always better.
I'm also glad that this development isn't all about retail to be honest retail is never permanent but the chance to possibly gain 2,500 jobs is a major plus.
I would think a hotel would be built within the cortex district.
