The demo permit database and the Assessor's property lookup website says it's owned by the LRA and the demo permit was filed by the LRA.

This midcentury relic on Delmar just west of the Innerbelt (U. City) is not long for this world, sadly.  Does anyone know what is slated to replace it?  Whatever gets built in its place, I doubt it will be as cool or distinctive as the existing building. I hope I'm wrong.
