This place is nearing completion. It really has a nice, solid feel to it; not like those house-of-cards buildings popping up elsewhere. Landscaping has started, and should help soften the base.
Do we know what’s going into the restaurant area yet? Something generic or an actual place?
Agreed, I live just down the street from it (can even see it from my kitchen). It's huge! Fills the street wall nicely, decent materials. Construction fence is down and they have started the landscaping. I think the massing and setbacks are spot on. There is a long blank wall along Clayton Road I don’t like but overall this turned out great IMO.
