The context of that rendering is pretty humorous.

Yeah, I was gonna throw some snark around, but it seemed too easy.

and on any given night/day but especially on the weekends being a resident on Pershing and I invite say three guests over and say 20 of my neighbors on Pershing do the same WHERE DO THEY PARK??
I also wonder if metro buses that go down Pershing still shake the buildings as they did some 30 yrs ago
But lets not question the integrity of the utilities/water pipes etc under the streets just keep building more apartments!!
And back when Pantheon redid the existing buildings they attempted noise remediation between the floors which helped but this new junk has little if nothing between the floors/walls so thus for example you hear your neighbors taking their am dump/shaving/morning tv etc. And what is the rent on these cubicles?

Always good to see these dense new-build infill projects rolling. It's projects like these that cumulatively can really contribute to the density of a street and neighborhood.

The TriBeCa, Chelsea and Hudson projects in Debaliviere Place; the 1400 Russell and Steelyard projects in Soulard; the Orion, Citizen Park and Euclid projects on Euclid; Hibernia Apartments in Dogtown; MoFo in MorganFord; 3949 Lindell, West Pine Lofts, Piazza & Piazza II Apartments and 4101 Laclede in the eastern CWE; Loop Lofts and Everly in the Loop. All good examples of just chipping away with increased density in urban contexts. Not as impressive as One Hundred or OCW. But collectively more important to the health of the City.

agree 100%. We just recently moved out of Soulard, but were living near the Steelyard and let me tell you that having a large residential unit in that formerly desolate part of the neighborhood made a huge difference in terms of perception of safety, overall aesthetics, etc.

East wing of the building will be open to residents November 1st. They’re moving fast now that the structure is finished. The West wing of the building will be open to residents in the Spring.
