Just do a print screen. If you're on Windows, there is a button on the upper right part of your keyboard. It will then paste into whatever program you want to paste it into. If you're on a Mac, Command+Shift+3 will save an image of your screen to your desktop.

Looking at this building again, I really don't get how they thought the main entrance to the lobby should be in an interior courtyard. This building really does cater to people arriving and leaving in their cars, rather than getting out and walking around Clayton. Hopefully they will actually have another entrance to the lobby directly from Forsyth or Hanley.

I like the way the street level retail looks on this render of the garage. Always makes for a nicer street scape.

I think that this is actually going to be great. There is the same thing on the "B Ramp" next to Target Field here in Minnesota. It is truly a piece of art, and it makes the entire viewing area much more dynamic. I am really excited about this!

Interesting; we'll see. The retail does look nice, though.

I checked out the tower today, and I've got to say, I really like it. It's got a kind of weird, ethereal quality about it; like it's always out of focus or something. Very unusual.

The proportions do seem a bit stubby, though.

it does and i like it! -- but I think (fear) that's because it's empty.
Once the cubicles, dry-erase boards and window blinds go in it may take on a different mass.

At this time the garage just seems so ENORMOUS and is very overbearing when driving/walking down Forsyth. I'm excited for the wind wall and finished product.

I LOVE this new building. If only it was built downtown though...

?? How many employees/ human occupants ???
Anyone seen a compilation of the BUILDING's total HUMAN-economy???

Various web-stories documented the Sq-Foot space estimated for various tenants:
"... more than 460,000 square feet of office space ..."

-- Centene Corp will use about 200,000 sq ft of space'
-- law firm Armstrong Teasdale ... 130,000 sq ft…. (‘top 5-floors’)
-- Stinson Morrison Hecker - - …. 46,500 sq ft

restaurant and boutique retail = 27,000 sq ft

Web doesn't offer any estimate on HUMANs who daily occupy new building.

A friend of mine at Armstrong Teasdale says today's his last day in One Met Square and that he'll be at his new office in the new Centene building tomorrow.

Glass is now in on the ground floor retail spaces. It's really starting to come along. I really like all the glass at the street level.

"Sources have it that there’s still no signed restaurant lease for Centene Tower in Clayton. Perhaps because of the $40 a square-foot rent. The craziest, most egotistical and most impulsive restaurateurs have taken a pass. The latest suitor being wooed is Cameron-Mitchell, the Columbus, Ohio-based group, which is setting its sights on the space for its next Ocean-Prime unit, a high-end “modern American supper club.”

Where was this? I don't see that they've made any progress on this. Right now the garage is a hideous behemoth.

It was on the east wall, the little plaza between the building and the parking garage. The fabric to the left is now in place above the retail facing Forsyth - looks like they went with blue instead of yellow... I've been wondering the same thing on the rest of it.

one of the earlier renderings here showed a second smaller tower south of this one at Hanley/Carondelet.

Did that get scrapped until the mythical "when the economy improves?" I guess I just never thought of it until I saw tat last week they put down sod over that space.

The second tower was always meant to be a later phase.

BTW, I got to see Armstrong-Teasdale's offices today. All I can say is WOW! This place is awesome. Ultra-modern, with lots of glass, steel, and uncomfortable-looking furniture, but also some really cool, asymmetrical, biomorphic walls beautifully crafted from wood. Sort of like a more sophisticated version of Gaudi. There's also an amazing glass stairway connecting the top floors. Look for this place to be featured in some design journals.

Now I know why lawyers charge five hundred bucks an hour.

Now, I do recognize that the building is gorgeous, that they've built tall with LEED Gold Certification right in hand. Also, the second tower is an eventuality that will emerge with tenants and the proper macroeconomics in play. And, they're turning that open space, footprint for second tower, into open green space, with little rolling hills and vegetation.

But for how it looks now, even with all the Clayco guys there working on it, that greenspace... is that it? All they need is some high school kid renting plastic putters next to a windmill, and you've got a Class-A Professional Putt-Putt green.
