How much of that money is going toward St. Louis area jobs? That's awesome for the region!
All of it. Largest award to Boeing to St. Louis in it's history by a large magnitude. I doubt we've seen the complete media on this announcement yet, more tomorrow. Total jobs will be measured in the tens of thousands.

^ Nothing above is celebratory.
"That's awesome for the region" is by definition celebratory.
The US would justify a nuclear attack on St. Louis for our participation in arms manufacturing, our arms kill innocent people. But by all means, so long as it creates jobs.
"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. ... Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron."
