Yikes.  Is there still a plan for a...flex (?) retail space?  Or did it make that up?  Is that what the garage door looking things on 20th are?  It will at least have a little more pizazz when it's done, I hope.  Then again I guess we are just talking about a garage, so I should probably check my expectations. Lol.

I think that's what that is on 20th.

I continue to think this is designed for future vertical expansion. It doesn't help the current situation, but the layout of the posts (or whatever you call them), the parking ramp, and per-space construction costs could confirm this.
