I agree that it's a bit messy, I usually prefer roundabouts in situations like this, but I've ridden my bike through this intersection 20+ times and don't mind it much at all. The narrow, single lanes help immensely.leeharveyawesome wrote: ↑Jan 03, 2020Something will need to be done about the spot where 7th and Broadway "merge". It's a bit of a mess to say the least.
From the same developer as the Steelyard? Asprient Properties?dbInSouthCity wrote: ↑Jan 03, 2020Not much on this yet but it’s 300 units mixed use

Not sure who the developer for this is, as they haven't acquired the property yet.
Asprient, STL Citywide, Lux Living, are all affiliated with the same ownership group (Sid & Vic).urbanitas wrote: ↑Jan 05, 2020Not sure who the developer for this is, as they haven't acquired the property yet.
Asprient Properties was the property management LLC for Steelyard, but they had some PR issues so changed their name to STL Citywide. The developer of Steelyard is now called Lux Living (Sid and Vic Chakraverty).
Yeah, I guess I didn't make that clear; as are about 800 LLCs named after mountains, apparently. But I'm pretty sure the second was just a rename of the first, as the Asprient Properties website seems to be less than functional.stlien wrote: ↑Jan 06, 2020Asprient, STL Citywide, Lux Living, are all affiliated with the same ownership group (Sid & Vic).urbanitas wrote: ↑Jan 05, 2020Not sure who the developer for this is, as they haven't acquired the property yet.stlien wrote: ↑Jan 05, 2020From the same developer as the Steelyard? 5 stories, mostly 1 BR, with some retail and a 6 level parking garage in the middle, and amenities on the top level of the garage (pool, garden, fitness center, "sky lounge"). I can't tell what they are doing with that lot west of the Golden Phoenix building, but I'd guess it is surface parking for the retail.Timmy wrote: ↑Jan 21, 2020From the LCRA Agenda:
-300 units
-330 parking spaces
-68M for constructions costs
-5,000 sqft commercial
I can't tell from the grainy scan of the site plan, but looks to be either 4 or 5 stories.
