^ I don’t believe this “independent” report is correct, USACE is serious about this stuff and has been working this area for a long time, when their person in charge says he’d have no issue sending this children to this school I trust it. All this has done is destroy the school year for these kids, it will not send them home and then break them up and send to different schools.
