Finally got a BJ article on the new plan.
The plan includes 182 apartments targeted at SLU graduate students, 5 spaces for restaurants, artist maker spaces, and an "upscale rooftop venue".
Interior demolition is almost completed with new framing underway. Johnson says he wants part of the building to open in March or April.
Johnson also said new construction on the adjacent parking lot is not off the table, depending on the success of the redevelopment.
