The problem with conservatives in America is that someone like Jay Nixon *is* a conservative in normal counties. "Leftism" doesn't exist in any meaningful way in America. The fact Harris and Biden were and are painted as "leftists" or "Marxists" by MAGA shows how far gone American politics are.
