I'm not rapid for demos but this is one that could greatly simplify the redevelopment of that block. One of my favorite buildings in Downtown, oddly. I would expect the garage and Gittos to go and a new garage to be built in the block with entrances on the North and south sides. Apartments over street level retail flanking the east and west sides. Gill building preserved integrated into the project. If you keep Gittos any garage portion of the development has to workaround it and that makes it just a lot more complex. Gittos is a nice building (i especially like the glazed brick but REX and Gill are treasures.
