There was no community engagement and there didn't have to be for this. Of course there didn't 'have to be'. Which is disappointing as the city can piss away public dollars as they please and not even consider public input as if they've proven themselves to have the best implementation of urban planning.

It should happen because with the momentum that I feel downtown is on the verge of capturing, this garage as planned would be an outright abomination and embarrassment.
