It is bc the direction from the CAO and police dept to not police traffic violations. yes, Downtown has its challenges, but as pointed out, they are not unique to St. Louis in post pandemic world. Now if someone can tell me why everyone in the world seems to drive like a distracted meth head in a stolen Nascar post lockdown I would like some insight.
Glad to hear it! It's good to get an outside perspective. Whenever I have folks in town we generally get pretty darn positive reviews. I recently bought a loft on Wash Ave. Downtown needs a lot of work lots of it. Its growing but it should be growing at a faster pace. Problem is that a lot of companies invest (Square invest it over $70M) DT but leadership do not help them keep the DT area safe and clean! Last night I saw a whole bunch of homeless again harassing people and asking for money but the Mayor won’t do anything about it. I couldn't disagree more.
