In September there was a $1M building permit application submitted for the rehab of 3600 S Jefferson.
Neat that they are using the existing structure. The setback is not so great.

Genuine question, how are some of these rehab jobs profitable enough for an investor in a neighborhood like Marine Villa? A 4 fam that was owned by my family many decades ago recently came for sale after multiple botched renovation jobs (3735 Wisconsin), and it sucks to see it in the state that it's in.
