LIHTCs and 100% 10 -year plus 50% 5-year tax abatement, Anyone else know more? Looks like Stoddard St and the alleys would be vacated. Doesn't look like "city" to me. I hope this isn't endemic of the development pattern we'll see around the new NGA.
