Strange. No wonder I didn't notice them before, the beams from the spotlights are much brighter on last night's webcam shot than previous nights over the last couple months, even on previous foggy nights. Maybe they vary the intensity of the lights? If they did, they should have tilted the camera up a degree or two while they were at it. Can't see the top of the Glohawk...
The crown is a great finishing touch it will hid all the mechanical systems for the building. Overall it’s a great looking building.
