"Safari-like" experience coming to the STL Zoo's North County Campus:
"The 425-acre complex is four times the size of the Zoo campus in Forest Park. The property has a multitude of wildlife habitats, include 13 lakes and ponds, woodlands and rolling grasslands.
The zoo says its North Campus will have the first large-scale safari type experience that is located within a major metropolitan area. It will also house a conservation and animal science center."
