It's 9 levels above Sarah St., including the ground level space on the east side, plus the facade also extends up to screen the roof on the east side. The top two levels will be lab space with higher floor-to-floor heights, so I'll guess the top of the Sarah Street elevation will end up around 125' ± 15' above Sarah.Wolfpaw wrote: ↑Dec 07, 2019Does anyone know what the height of this building going to be??

In Europe, the ground floor is 0, and each level up is an increment of 1, and levels down an increment of -1. I rather liked it. I always knew where the street level was.framer wrote: ↑Dec 07, 2019^^Looks like they're going all European on us, calling the second floor "Level 1" and the first floor "Level G".

And assuming there will be a lot of lab-tech space in this building, it should be significantly taller than your average 14 story building, likely over 200'.quincunx wrote: ↑Dec 21, 2019I heard the new neuroscience building will be 14 stories.
