I posted in the Monogram Apartments section that Ballpark Village will have a grocery store but I will go into more detail about that. The store will have a focus on fresh foods and will not have much pre-packaged frozen stuff. It will be located in the three floor building just North of the Busch 2 Infield. According to more information that I got, there will be your necessities like toiletries, some cleaning materials and soaps. There will also be a refrigerated section with your milk, juice and some selection of ice cream. It's basically a condensed version of a grocery store. However, it won't have all your junk food due to the fact that the fitness center is upstairs (that's what I've been told). While basic medicines like Tylenol and Benadryl and Zyrtec will be sold but there will be no pharmacy here. There will be a patio like Whole Foods in Central West End to eat lunch and what not because this small Market will also have premade sandwiches and things like that.
Onto design of the buildings, there will be terra cotta, just not textured. It will be colorful however. The company has did wok on Two Light in KC and while the terra cotta isn't glazed or the brownish color that is normally seen, it is terra cotta since it is made with clay. It has more of a stone look to it than anything. It will be included on the Office Tower, the Fitness/Market building and pieces of the office building.
